Register to Vote by July 17th
Tomorrow (Tuesday, July 17th) is the last day to register to vote or change your registration in the Kansas Primary Election!
THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PRIMARY ELECTIONS EVER IN THE STATE OF KANSAS! We must be certain the moderate republicans, that believe in our special population, get the vote and make it through the primaries!
Registering to vote has never been easier! If you are not registered to vote or wish to change your registration (name, address, or party affiliation) your voter registration application (hard copy attached) must be postmarked by tomorrow and sent to your county election office (hard copy attached) by mail, fax, or email. You may also register online.
- To register, you must be a United States citizen, a resident of the State of Kansas, and have reached the age of 18 years before the next election.
- State law requires that all voters show photo identification. Got photo id?
- The Kansas driver’s license number or the last four digits of your Social Security number are required on the registration application.
- You may register to vote at any time. However, voter registration always closes 21 days prior to an Election Day. Applications must be postmarked no later than the 21st day (which is Tuesday, July 17 for this Kansas Primary) prior to any election to be eligible to vote.
- If you change your name or address, or wish to change your party affiliation, update your voter registration by completing a new voter registration application.
