KUMC Occupational Therapy Education Research Study

KUMC Occupational Therapy Education Research Study- Children 18 months-3 years old with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disability.

We need you! We are currently looking for children and their caregivers to participate in our research study about mealtimes and sensory processing.  We are looking for children between 18 months-3 years with either autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disability.  

What is involved? You will complete some questionnaires about your child’s development. We will ask you to provide three videotaped mealtimes with your child and family (we will provide the video camera). The time commitment ranges from 3-4 hours, and all study procedures can be completed in your home.

Why participate? You will receive a summary of the results of your child’s sensory assessments and $25.
