We cannot think of a better way to kick off Autism Awareness Month than to share that we have once again been chosen as the recipient of a matching grant from Camps For Kids. So eager were we — in fact — to share the news, that we hit the “send” button a little too soon on the previous email.
SO, let’s try this again! Beginning today, every donation made for camper scholarships on behalf of Camp Encourage will be DOUBLED by Camps For Kids (up to $1500 per donor). With a goal of providing over $50,000 in scholarship funds this summer, that means that every dollar donated during this campaign will have doublethe impact on our campers!
OR, send a check with “Camp Encourage” in the memo to:
Our apologies for overloading your inboxes, and our thanks for your grace as we continue to adjust to two staff members!

Initially released at the Camp Encourage 2013 Movie Benefit and created by local filmmaker Brandon Parigo of Wirken Film, Encouraging Reagan is a lovely short documentary that will brighten your day and feed your soul. As of today and in honor of

Adults, You’re Invited to CAMP GROWN UP!
To support Camp Encourage, a group of friends and neighbors of our Executive Director, Kelly Lee have planned and cordially invite you to attend “CAMP GROWN UP” on this Saturday, April 5th!
They share: “Let us feed your summer camp nostalgia with flame-kissed hotdogs, s’mores and live music (no square dancing required). Bring your instrument for a jam around the campfire, your game face for some friendly outdoor competition, and your allowance money for a 50/50 raffle.”
It promises to be an enjoyable evening for adults (over the age of 21) and we hope that you’ll join the jamboree! To get your tickets and for further details, visit the EVENT PAGE.
