Dates for the calls:
• May 7 – KDADs Transition Plan and Department of Labor Final Rule
• May 21 – Financial Management Services (FMS) Proposed Changes presentation
• June 4 – State Fair Hearing presentation and each MCO’s grievance processes
• June 18 – Consumer Public Comments on Proposed Transition Plan
• July 2 – General Questions and Answers sent in to the Ombudsman
• July 16 – Health Homes and MCO information session
• July 30 – Financial Management Services (FMS) – Proposed Changes Public Comments Session

There will be a time for Questions and Answers as well. If people want to send in questions ahead of time, they can email or call them to the Ombudsman’s office at [email protected] or 855-643-8180.
