Save the date for the first ever, Special Day at the K with SOAR on Sunday Sept 6 at 1 10pm. This will be a Sunday game against the Chicago White Sox in the middle of the Royals playoff run! Kids can run the bases after the game! The Royals with the help of Rex and Jennifer Hudler’s Team Up for Down Syndrome will be honoring Doc Hunsley and the SOAR Special Needs Ministry.
Doc and his family have been awarded the Buck O’Neil seats for the game. This will bring recognition for SOAR to everyone in attendance at the game plus those watching on TV!
Much more information will be coming, but the Royals have set aside 1000 tickets for us! We will be emailing more information in the coming weeks, but please save the date and plan to come out and support the Royals and SOAR. I am hoping to share a VERY special announcement with you soon!

com. - SOAR Special Needs Day Camp, sponsored by Variety KC, July 20-24. Only 10 spots still open! The cost is $100 for the entire week which also includes lunch and shirts. You must sign up online by clicking here!
- SOAR Moms Bunko Night – Fri, Jul 17, 630-9pm – At Grace Church in room 113. Bring your favorite snack and $5 and have a night of laughter, talking with other moms and just time to relax! No childcare available.
