Kansas’ Statewide Transition Plan (STP) for the HCBS Settings Final Rule

We let you know earlier this month (November 15th) that Kansas’ Statewide Transition Plan (STP) for the HCBS Settings Final Rule has been posted for public comment.  We are taking public comment via email, in person, mail, phone, and fax until the end of the day December 28th.  You can download the plan from the KDADS website at http://www.kdads.ks.gov/commis sions/home-community-based- services-(hcbs)/hcbs-waivers. This page also has links to all of our work related to the Final Rule and guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

 

To give you another way to provide comment, we will use our Final Rule Stakeholder Calls in December to take your questions and comments live.  These meetings will be December 7th and December 21st at 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm, connection information is below.
