House Bill 2550
HB 2550, which increases HCBS rates for the IDD waiver, was passed out of the House Social Services Budget Committee with a unanimous vote on Thursday, with two amendments. The bill includes 7%, 6% and 5% increases for SFY 2021, 2022 and 2023. The bill now moves to the full House of Representatives.
House Bill 2549
HB 2549, which puts into statute the protected income level increase that was passed last year, was also approved in the House Social Services Budget Committee yesterday.
