Attached is a flyer for the August 13th Kansas LEND’s Family Education Series – Kansas Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Waiver with Mandy Flower, Johnson County Community Developmental Disability Organization (CDDO) along with representatives from the three Kansas Managed Care Organizations (MCO’s) Aetna, Sunflower, and United HealthCare.
This session will provide more information about the Kansas IDD waiver. It will include the basics of what it is, when and how to apply, what resources and supports it will provide for Kansans with an intellectual or developmental disability. Representatives from the MCOs will also share the value added benefits they provide their members that are on the waiver.
