R&R Night At Grace Church- Friday, January 31st from 6pm-9pm!

Good Afternoon SOAR Families!

Our next SOARly Needed R&R (respite) night is this Friday, Jan 31 from 6-9. We have a limited number of spaces left and it will be first come first serve, RSVP now! Also, please remember that we need to update all of the plan of care and the consent, which I have attached. Please try to complete this and return it to me prior to Friday so our volunteers can be prepared. 

I am excited to announce again that we have outgrown our building at Grace Church and we will be having this R&R and all future R&R’s operating at 2 locations at the same time! All individuals with special needs and siblings birth-4 y/o will remain here at Grace Church. All siblings 5 y/o-13y/o will be at Redeemer Presbyterian Church just 1 block to the west on 159th St. You will first come here to Grace to check in and then take your siblings to Redeemer. Pick up will occur first at Redeemer Presbyterian at 845pm and then come to Grace to pick up the rest of your family! Please work with us as we work out the kinks of this new partnership! 

Please do not bring friends with if they have not RSVP’d, we are unable to take walk ins and unable to accept sibling friends. Thank you for your understanding!

Please mark your calendar for our 2014 Events:

• SOARly Needed R&R Respite Nights: Mar 28, May 30, July 23 (Wednesday), Sept 26, Nov 21. 
• SOAR Adult Class – Sunday’s at 11am, for Middle School and older. For those who don’t do well in the main worship service or need the message at a level they can better understand. Buddies needed for this. 
• SOAR Family Support Group – 3^rd Saturday from 6-7pm every month. Next one is Feb 15, Families Together, Inc. presenting – childcare provided. RSVP needed for children.
• SOAR SBO (VBS) – June 9-13, evenings. Save the date! More information coming!
• SOAR & Champion Special Ministries Special Need Day Camp: July 14-18, save the date! More information coming!

Please save the above dates! Remember that you do NOT need to attend Grace Church to participate in any of our SOAR activities! Invite your friends to participate!
